Won`t go anywhere else!
I have been buying my cars at Selig for over 25 years. They are honest, easy to work with, friendly and fun. Service is top shelf as well. When is the last time an owner of a business drove you home or to work. It happens at Selig. Tj or Paul always make sure I am a Happy Selig Customer. Anyone saying anything different has an axe to grind. Thanks Guys you are the best.

Picked my vehicle up from work...
Picked my vehicle up from work, serviced it, returned it back to my office and signed me up for a rewards card that I can use for future work. Why would I go anywhere else. Great service.

When I moved to Connecticut 21 years ago a needed a place to get warranty work done on my new Ford. The service department at Bill Selig Ford was more than helpful. My family & I have sinced purchased 10 vehicles from them over the years. Their sales & service departments are the best. Do not buy from Bill Selig Ford
I purchased a Ford Focus and was promised two differnt rebates by the sales person and a third rebate by the finance manager. Two of the rebates were denied to me at the time of purchase and the third rebate was declined almost 4 weeks after I purchased the vehicle.
Within two weeks of purchasing the vehicle, i had to take it to the dealer, a different one, for a warranty repair (leak in the brake lines). Th... view moree comment from the other dealership was that Bill Selig failed to do a thorough Pre-Delivery inspection.
This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. When I contacted Ford Motor Company about this, they were no help

Excellent Service
I purchased my Ford Escape at another Ford Dealership in CT. I moved my service to Bill Selig Ford and they have welcomed me with open arms. I have received the BEST service since I purchased my SUV 18 months ago. I have a FULL WARRANTY -- but that did not alter their attitude toward my questions or the SUPERIOR service I received from them. Many Years of Fine Service
I have been using Selig Ford`s service department for many years. The service has been exceptional whether my car was under warranty or not! One particular day I stopped in minutes before taking a long car trip in bad weather to visit family in another state. I was concerned about a windshield wiper problem. I explained my problem and although their service schedule was full, someone came out and fixed the problem in... view morestantly so I could take the trip without worry. The service department always calls me to discuss repairs and even serviced my sister`s car on short notice when she was visiting from another state. I have also purchased two cars from this dealership and have loved them both. My experience here has been very positive over a number of years.

Terrible Service
Don`t go here for service! They don`t want to service cars under the warranty! I should have known I was going to get poor service when the guy at the dest asked, ""did you buy the car here?"" What should it matter, I have a brand new ford with a warning light on. Also, the guy wouldn`t even get up out of his chair to look at the car, but complained that I didn`t know the VIN number for him to look it up.
