This is the worst place in the world to buy a car! They have screwed me over so bad. I am on my 4th bad car there and they refuse to help pay for anything wrong with the vehicle. There is a bad clutch and transmission. I flip flopped on the car because they sold me a scion tc that had so much damages that now all the money i have wasted isn`t even worth the car. Bought an over priced car, and it broke down the 1st night. They acted like it was no big deal, and took their time fixing it. Incredibly unprofrssional, these people sell junk and try to rip off decent hard working people. They show no remorse for their scheming, and take great pleasure in making a living off the misery of other people.

This is the most unprofessional and unorganized business I have ever been to. I had called about a vehicle on their lot was told to come to their dealership to come take a look at it. A day went by and I called to make sure the vehicle was there for me to look at before I took the 1 1/2 hour trip. The women I spoke to in Worcester said "Yup, the vehicle is here and ready to go for a test drive". I drove the... view more 1 1/2 hours to get out of my car talk to a sales rep and have him tell me "Oh that car was sold yesterday" . Some other shady sales guy comes up and tries to get me into another car saying they will give it to me $1500 under invoice. Personally I think it was a bate and switch, I don`t think they ever even had the original car I drove to see. I turned around and left to get a phone call 10 minutes later from the sales rep I talked to the day prior asking if I was still going to come look at the car!! Then he tries to back peddle and say it was at there other location, and that he didn`t know it was sold. Funny this all happened almost three weeks ago and they are still advertising the car on their website as available. Bottom line I would never deal with these guys!! I`m a very good judge of character and they just seem very very very shady. Glad I didn`t deal with them cause I have a feeling anything you buy there would probably turn into a problem.

Car are a Piece of CRAMP

I brought a car form this sorry a** company and it failed the state inspection 3 times,I went through 3 cars with Sonias auto sales...The salesman are very fast talkers and the are half a**. I would not recommend any one. If you had to walk to hell I would would recommend that before you purchase a car From SONIAS AUTO SALES IN WORCESTER MA. I suggest that never ever buy anything from this company.
