great work

This was my accident and a friend reffered me to GM. I checked the reviews but my friend has not steered me wrong yet. I was greeted by a great staff when I walked in and the owner George funny, realistic, and helpful. He walked me through the process and worked everything out with Liberty Mutual. They were able to take me in right away, hook me up with a rental, and got the job done timely. My car looks better t... view morehan it did when it went it! No, never go here, really, never, ever...

If your insurance company suggests you go here for an estimate just tell them the place is crooked. When I went in with a snowplow hit, the manager tried to persuade me to engage In a full insurance fraud against the snow plow driver. News flash: the snow plow driver lives 100 yards fro my house and wouldn`t have been so stupid as to believe he had caused X, Y, Z damage. Amazing Service and Excellent Work

My wife was traveling alone through Newton and had an accident, far from our home in New York. The folks at GM came to her rescue, going far beyond what was necessary in terms of service. They managed the repairs like the pros they are. DON`T GO TO THIS SHOP!

I just got my car back and realized they put white paint in the interior over the inside of the door by mistake and now the odometer light doesn`t work. They also had to hold onto my car for 5 days to fix a large dent in the driver`s side door. I`d stay far away from this shop.

Excellent Body Shop

GM autobody did a terrific job on my car, they even fixed a few extra dings that weren`t part of the damage. they took care of all the insurance stuff that needed to be done and even made the rental co. pick up the car at their shop.

Warning

I have had my cars repaired at this shop for a long time . They have always done a quick and excellent job. But now the management has let things go and when I came to pick my car up after a long wait the paint was rippled and you could see through to the primer. I asked some other people and they told me they had head the same problems. Time to find a new shop
