Worst Place To Get Your Car Serviced

I went to the service depart to replace defected caliper for Grand Caravan. After he inspected the car he told me he can replace the defected Caliper for free because it`s still under warranty, he then asked me if I want to also replace the brake pads. After I told him I only need to replace Caliper, he refuse to replace Caliper and told me the Caliper works fine, and charge me $25 for the checkup.

Warm and friendly

I didn`t know what to expect when I first walked in to Clark and White. I have been auto shopping for a while and had just about given up. I found what I wanted on Clark and White`s web page but did not get my hopes up since I have been disappointed before. Jim was very recepetive and friendly. It was the only one on the lot and it was the grand touring. I was anxious that I would not be able to get the car as you see my credit is well..less than perfect. Jim told me not to worry and he along with the sales manager was able to get me into the car I wanted ...and within a managable budget! I had a very pleasant buying experience and I am very very happy with my vehicle.
There was a problem with getting my vehicle inspected but the guys in the service area was very accommodating.

Employee Thieves - AVOID

This may sound like a very minor complaint, but it?ˆ™s the principal surrounding it that?ˆ™s frustrating. We brought a Jeep Liberty in for a window issue (Window off track for the 3rd time); ended up supposedly needing other repairs to brakes and rotors, blah, blah, blah...the complaint however is when the car was picked up.

Upon picking up the vehicle, my sister-in-law noticed that her key chain was missing off ... view moreof her keys. She told the service manager who proceeded to ask the technician. End result, multiple people saw this key chain but no one knows who stole it. This key chain had keys on it and would have had to have been physically removed with the specific intent of stealing it. I have now spoken to 2 separate managers who said they will look into it, but gave the excuse that several people had access to the car and not one person can be pin pointed.

My issue is if their employees are willing to steal something as little as a key chain, what else are they going to steal from your car? Use this dealership at your own risk, you?ˆ™ve been warned.

Do not buy a car here!!

Do not attempt to buy a car at this dealership. The lot is tiny with a very small selection. Sales people do not know facts about the cars and the sales managers are some of the most arrogant, condescending people I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

Great car buying experience

We could not have had a better experience. The process was smooth even with our 18 month old son with us. Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and explained features very clearly. He was very patient and clearly had our interested in mind; at least much more so than the salespeople at other dealerships. By far the best salesperson we`ve worked with. Ask for salesman George H. DO NOT PATRONIZE CLARK AND WHITE -- TRUST ME...

I had the worst experience with Clark & White when they REFUSED to accept a Jeep lease return as required by contract. They said their ""lot was too full"" to accept cars back and proceeded to harass my agent who attempted to return the car d never accepted it. They also hung up on me TWICE while trying to reach a solution to avoid at least 2 people driving 2+hours round-trip to return the Jeep to an ""alernate"" d... view moreealership in central Mass. What a Ripp off

I went to the ""service department "" to replace a battery in my 2004 Chrysler
Battery was under warranty but labor is not. Labor came to $ 383 for an hour at the most.
Stay away from this place!!!!
