The generic good reviews here are very vague. Perhaps they are getting friends and family to post and bring up their online ratings. The bad reviews are detailed with pricing and other specifics. If you need a repair, value your vehicle, and your personal belongings within it, you can do better just about anywhere else. Not good, Charged me $246 for ...

Not good, Charged me $246 for a diagnostic report after the Quoted me $1,500 for a new ECM module and ignition coil (I called my mechanic and they quoted me $800 for the job) then I got the van back and my Ipod was missing. Classy guys.

Dissatisfied

My grandson brought his Honda to Entwistle`s a few months ago and not only did they not do the job right the first time, his watch and registration were missing from his console when he got it back. The auto was also inspected, they were the last one`s to touch his registration. The watch was less than a week old, he went back and complained only to get the run around and given a gift certificate for the garage in ... view moreplace of the watch. Of course the owner stated the no one working for him would steal...Yeah right.

Excellent Shop!

I have brought my car here many times and every time i was treated with respect and the mechanic was very good at his job. after the job was done they put the car on the lift for me and physically showed me what they fixed, i was very impressed with their work.
