Call this place if you want to deal with abusive rude people
If I could give them NEGATIVE stars if I could, totally rude and useless. I am an auto shop owner of 31+ years and I ordered a used seat for a Ford Taurus (light gray in color). They made me wait 2 days for delivery (which was ok) but when they finally delivered it the delivery guy had just thrown it in the back of the truck on the greasy pickup bed and the seat was all oily and greasy. When I saw the seat I remar... view moreked on how I absolutely couldn`t use the seat because of now how dirty it was (it was clean looking until they messed it up). The delivery guy was rude and copped and attitude with me and gave no excuse, apology or reason why they were so stupid and messed it up. I tried to talk to the delivery guy about who was do dumb to just put it on the side in the back of the truck in the grease and he was like "whatever, what does it matter`. When I said I would call to complain he didn`t care, grabbed the seat and drove off. He was so rude I couldn`t believe it. I do give him 5 stars for rudeness!
So I called them on the phone to talk to them about what happened (I talked to Terry). I explained what happened and they basically took the attitude that that`s the way it is take it or leave it. I told her how much the delivery guy was an a-hole and she was like, HEY HEY ... I`m his daughter so watch what you say. Looks like the apple doesn`t fall far from the tree on this one.
She also just gave me attitude and really didn`t care about losing a customer, by the way again I am the OWNER of this shop for over 31 years and I would have loved to have found a new used part yard. Looks like they don`t like my money and I`ll be glad to give it to someone that appreciates my business and their customers.
Meanwhile I have a customer that`s been waiting for their car for 2 days and they now have to wait longer. The whole deal with these guys was a bummer.
I suggest you find a different place to buy your used parts.
