This was the first dealership I visited because of all of their community efforts and I`m so glad I did. The staff was all so friendly and kind, especially Doug! I am writing because I am 100% THRILLED with my buying experience at Northampton Volkswagen! My husband and I went in expecting the same old car dealership modus operandi -- BOY WERE WE WRONG!
