Just an awesome all around Lexus dealership

I have an IS that needed to go in for service for a problem but was affraid to bring it to a dealership because I had some moficiations. A friend of mine from the Lexus Forum recommended Lexus of Watertown so I gave them a try Not only did they completely fix the car (it had been to two shops for the same problem) but they washed, waxed and cleaned my car. And let me tell you something the car is perfect, its lik... view moree an ew car. The service guys were really cool and came out and told me that they loved me car. This is a dealership for people who love their cars. I am not the kind of guy who writes reviews but they deserve it.

The Best Service for Lexus Anywhere

I have an 05 RX and have had a few issues here and there. About two weeks ago, I had a major problem and needed some repairs. I called Chad, one of the service advisors at lexus of watertown. Chad gave me such personalized service. He knew exactly what my car needed, he knew how long it would take and he had my car back to me exactly when he said he would have it.
