I bought a lemon car from them, 05 subaru forester, that needs $4000 dollars worth of repairs and i failed emissions and cant have a cleam registration until i spend more of my own money to repair the car. I live in ct and brought it back to him three months ago for repairs and possible resale, which neither he did. He even lied to me about bringing the car to another dealership to have them fix it. I picked it up and he reset the warning lights beause I had the check engine and awd warning lights on. I drove it back to ct and the check light came back on and now the car just sits in my driveway while i continue to make payments on it.

INcompetant theives

He wanted 380 dollars for a water pump. FIrst he said it was 280 then it went up to 380 for a water pump.So he fixed the water pump and when i took the car out for a drive down the street it started to overheat.So i looked into the radiator and found out they didnt bother to put any antifreeze in it.They left it bone dry,because there so cheap.SO i called another auto dealer south boston dollar,and they only wanted 2... view more50 for a water pump installed.SO i could say i was ripped of pretty good.SO if you want to wait hours then get ripped off go to e & s auto.

Terrible and incompetent

got my car back filthy with oil on the mats. did an oil change and broke the clips holding the mud panel to the bottom of the car. totally incompetent - stay away from this place - it is terrible

NEVERMIND

My check engine light kept coming on and they couldn`t fix the damned thing. I brought it to a dealer and they fixed it up right away. I had also previously brought it in for a problem with the car overheating, and they couldn`t figure it out. I just had the car fixed over the weekend at a different place. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

They guy was a total sleaze and tried to rip me off...I will never go back there and would advise anyone to stear clear. Just thinking about that guy makes me really angry.....does he really think people are that stupid?.???
