When I initially became aware that Route 44 Toyota had illegally requested my credit report twice, as well as that of a disinterested 3rd Party, my attorney faxed copies of those inquiries to their attorney, Daniel Viera.

Rather than acknowledging an error and removing all 3 credit inquiries, Attorney Viera`s bizarre response --

For those interested in boring themselves, the reasons for which credit inquiries may be made according to the FCRA [Fair Credit Reporting Act] are posted here:

2 of those inquiries were made subsequent to suit having been filed and all communication should have ceased which it did not.

The salesman "Sean" ran me out...
The salesman "Sean" ran me out of the dealership with his sarcastic and arrogant comments. My husband and I thought we were on a hidden camera show. (That is how bad he was). He could not believe that we came out in the rain to look for a car. I told him my husband works 6 days a week. He told us to go online and look. He wouldn`t unlock the doors so we could look in the interior.
Needless to say, I ... view morewent down to Central Dodge and bought a brand new Caravan SXT. Toyota`s loss!!!

A small problem Now is No Problem
The Salesman Ron Batista was great, Nate the F&I manager not so great. Sold me a 3 year 36k mile warranty. Was supposed to be bumper to bumper no deductible. Just got a confirmation in the mail. Says 2 year 24K miles, with a $100 deductible supposed to be Toyota Certified Extended Warranty its some other company. Who would buy a two year extended warranty on a low mile Toyota. If get no traction when I attempt to c... view moreontact General Manager as I have read the reviews here and elsewhere and these guys.
UPDATE
I spoke with the general manager explained my situation, he looked into it called me back, told me they will upgrade it to a 36k bumper to bumper with a disappearing deductible ( if I bring it to them they will cover the deductible) I am satisfied. Thank you Tim Bruno for making the error correction and taking care of your customer. Nate a little customer service continued education and you will be OK.

Bad place run by jerks
I purchased a brand new truck from these hacks. I had problems with it the right away. I notified the dealer of the issues the DAY AFTER I purchased it. The truck does not drive straight the tires/ front end are all out of wack, its gotten worse and worse to the point where the truck is unsafe to drive. The response I get from Rt. 44 toyota`s general manager MR. Bruno was not to come back, I am no longer welcome at h... view moreis dealership, because of all the negative reviews/complaints I have been writing. I tried being patient with these guys. They had my truck for a whole week, during that time I was not even given a loaner car. It has been back several different times still not fixed. I called toyota corporate and set up an appointment with the local field rep to take a look at my truck, 3 days before that appointment is when I talked to Mr. Bruno (in person at the dealership)and he told me not to come back, when I asked if the toyota rep was still meeting with me that friday the response I got was ""not at my dealership"" This is the second brand new vehicle I have purchased from this place in less than a year and this is how I am treated, from what I can see this is how alot of people are treated here. Take my advice (or dont) and just stay away. My truck was a red 2011 Tundra TRD Rock Warrior, Double cab.

Worst Service!!!
This is the WORST service experience that I ever had!!!! I bought my car at their place and I had to go back for repairs many times during 1 year!!! The service manager Marc Fierro not calling back to customers who is calling for service every day! This service department CAN NOT solve problems. DO NOT go there!!! Hated it.

Bully tactics
Car I test drove was on lot for 2 weeks and filled with garbage and nonworking DVD system with ear phones filled with battery acid. Was prepared to buy it anyway because of the good price and the salesman Clarence seemed nice. However, spent hour sitting on waiting for value of my trade in and haggling it`s worth (tried to offer a 1/3 of its worth.) I needed to go (Babysitter)and offered to put down deposit and co... view moreme back tomorrow. The manager came out and tried to bully me into staying and finish the paperwork. ""We don`t do deposits."" However, I overhead that same manager tried to force someone else to leave a deposit. They held my keys and credit card hostage and I had to get in his face to get them back so I could leave. Avoid these scum bags!

Terrible, terrible experience!
After a lot of going back and forth, we agreed upon a price and signed a purchase agreement. We went back the next day to finalize the deal / financing details. We were taken to see the Business Manager who offered us an extended warranty which we declined. At this time, we were told that they would not sell us the car at the agreed upon price unless we bought the extended warranty for over $1600.. Totally unscrupulous & unethical, I could not believe that they could get away with this type of behavior. Worst car-buying experience of my life!

C - Void, B - Void, AVOID. You May Better Enjoy Your Toyota if You Purchase it Elsewhere.
1) Whoever is responsible for this place has branded it with ineffectualism. The only way it could be run this awfully is from the top down? It is not that I am petulant. However, if you detect aversion to this company that is based on personal contentions, your supposition may be founded.
2) This dealer also has an unsatisfactory rating with the B.B. bureau.
