Brothers tires was great but t...

Brothers tires was great but they changed hands and are now Monro tires. we decided ed to give them a chance. . We brought our BMW in to have tires put on and a rim straightened. They straightened all 4 rims although at least one of them was brand new. There was one rim that needed to be straightened. Also, they told us we needed struts although our regular mechanic had recently gone over the car (he is the one who s... view moreuggested we take it in to have the one bent rim straightened). Not only did we get charged for all 4 rims but they also slapped in a service contract on our 4 new tires which we did not ask for or approve. My partner did not notice until she got home and the bill was already paid. They are dishonest. Stay away.

Don`t bother. Guy at the front...

Don`t bother. Guy at the front desk was a smartass and I needed just my two front tires done and he tries to push four on me even though my back tires were purchased just last year. If you want unneeded product pushed on you as well as getting it with a smarmy attitude than this is the place for you. Fitchburg Tire was much more honest with me. Good luck!...except you front desk guy.
