Great service, thorough, consultative. I found this gem when my 2001 330xi broke down near my office. John repaired the alternator and then provided me with a short list of items that may need attention(at my request). He helped prioritize the needed repairs, whether I should consider used or new parts depending on the item, the age of my car and how long I planned on keeping it. At the time I didn`t think I was goin... view moreg to keep it for very long. After a few visits spread out over 6 months or so, I`ve decided to hang on to it. He was able to get it running like I remembered when I bought it 7 years ago. How good is this place? I drive 55 miles from Providence to have it serviced. Cannot say enough good things. John and his staff are great! They do not conform to the images of the snooty folks that you`d find at dealerships. They are fair and truthful and don`t charge you according to the dealership manual. If they work an hour they charge you for an hour, not 4 hours like the dealer`s manual tells them. The advise they give you about your car is what you need to hear and what`s good for you but not always good for t... view morehem. Their work is quick and thorough and their prices will shock you when you see how much lower they are than the dealerships for better work. They are tucked behind the buildings across Commonwealth Avenue from BU West - easy to miss but try not to, you`ll miss out on a great place to get your car fixed
