You think you know what to expect, feeling pressured, uncomfortable, and as if you might have the shirt snatched off your back; however, my experience was quite refreshing. They educated us about the car and all the costs, standard fees, pre and post-tax incentives, freight, etc., rather than giving you little tidbits in an attempt to make a killing on the financing and withholding discounts available to you. Everyo... view morene seemed friendly (the managers, first in sales, then in finance) however I must recommend Tony Hart and Tom D. if you want to look into buying one. We love our Pop Cabriolet and spend lots of time talking to strangers about how neat it is. Thanks to them and everyone else involved - we would not hesitate to recommend them to our own friends and family!
