i grew up in the auto repair business and as a single woman it is important for me to have reliable transportation. Honest, Reasonable, Reliable

We`ve been using Charing Cross for years now on both our older and newer model cars. We had them do a pre-purchase inspection on a minivan four years ago, and it now has over 100K miles and no major problems! They always call with the cost estimate before doing the work on repairs. Oil changes and other routine maintenance costs are always significantly less than at the dealer, and very reasonable in comparison to o... view morether stand-alone shops. They do quality work. They stand behind what they do. My only complaint is that repairs take longer if you drop the car off without first making an appointment - but this just testifies to the quality of the work! I highly recommend the service at Charing Cross!
