Horrendous

Simple ding repairs they decided to repaint my hood and my rear right fender, Not only did they not blend it into the a pillars or the fenders of my car, they failed to tell me It was a requirement to get it re glazed after 30 days. They left swirls in the paint from buffing on the hood fender and anywhere else on my car they touched. The hood has since pitted out, the paint is clearly a different color. I have a ... view more2009 acura tsx with 3 stage paint Crystal Black pearl, and they managed to put flat black on my hood and tell me it was ok. Over spray left on my door, on the inside of my door frame makes the car look cheaply repaired, and the paint was never cured or baked so the paint had already been chipped and had white spots all over it by the time I got home from normal driving conditions. They brushed me off and failed to actually correct any issues presented to them, and the Claims adjuster that works with them has been friends with the owner / manager for years which makes it impossible to actually get the work corrected. Anyone that actually cares or pay attentions to there vehicle I would not recommend Clarksville auto center, poor quality of service, poor customer service, and no real care about whether or not the customer is happy. I have been back 3 times to get all these issues corrected and everytime all they have done is buffed and returned my vehicle to me. Still have over spray on my chrome trim, over spray on the inside of the door, swirls on the NEW paint and pits in my hood. Very poorly done. Very dissatisfied.
