i like this shop. they are full service auto repair sale body shop and tag and title and md inspections. I purchased my honda civic from there and never had a problem since i got it the service is fast and very everything was affordable. i highly recommend this place

Dealer gave me an estimate of over 1800 for 90000 miles general repair timing belt etc. Auto point did all that work in less than half the price. customer service is not great as compared to dealers but all the repairs done in excellent manner. with this big discount i dont mind little less lip service. i strongly recommend this place.

i like this place. stopped there by chance my car broke down infront of their shop. they helped me push it and fixed it righ away. very cooperative and low cost. i have thumbs up for them

This was the worst nightmare ever!!! I really wish i would have read the reviews before I went. These people were extremely rude and consistantly told one lie after another. After spending nearly $800.00 for A/C, nothing on my dash board was working after they returned the car to me (radio, mirrors). The then told me they would chech all the fuses for me. They then said the problem was electrical and they could ch... view moreeck and fix it for me but it would be extra. After a big arguement and more lies I left. I had the car checked the next day. THEY HAD TAKEN FUSES OUT OF THE CAR!!!!! I am going to report these people to the BBB!!! I would never suggest anyone take their business to this company unless you plan on being BURNED!

Nightmare @ 5801 Belair Rd

Let me first start by saying, This business is a sham. I took my pontiac there to be serviced sometime in August, and it is October and I still dont have my car!!! I went in for a fuel pump, and paid the money after the service was supposedly completed. When I brought it in, there was a hard start. When I picked it up there was still a hard start. When I gave them the car there was gas, and when I got it back it was ... view moreempty and he said thats why it was so hard to start. I drove it around the block to make sure everything was good, and when I drove I kept hearing a clicking noise in the rear end of the car. So I take it back and they had put my tire back on with the duster improperly placed, and my gas gage didnt work telling me how much i had in the tank. After this, the manager sonny told me they would fix it and call me when it was ready. It had already been 3 weeks for what was supposed to be a 3 hr job. oh andanother reason I had to leave it was because it started to smoke. So I got a call to come get it again. drive there and its still not ready. I go back a week later and im allowed to take it but im told that my alarm system is affecting the car. So on the drive home. I make a right turn, and MY CAR SHUTS OFF!!! Now i had to pay 80 bucks for a tow. and these guy have my car hostage again because I cant aford anyone else. please!! unlessu have $ to waste on faulty jobs and time ti spare, dont get involved in the nightmare @ 5801 Belair Rd

Bad customer service

Last month I had my car serviced at the auto body shop at Auto Point. I had a small crack on my left front bumper and my fog light was loose. I was given an estimate that was acceptable. When I received my vehicle back the work was not adequate. The paint looked like it was brushed on with a paint brush. I spoke to the shop manager and was informed that if I return the vehicle it would be corrected. Prior to return... view moreing the vehicle, the fog light fog light came loose again. I returned to Auto Point at 5801 Belair Road and asked for the general manager to get my money back since I was in the same position with my vehicle as when I brought it to them. I was spoken to rudely and lied to. I would not recommend the business to anyone .
