Recently moved to the Wash DC metro area. I found these guys on the car talk wesite after I had a bad experience at a local dealership. The dealer had told me it would be almost $4000 to fix my car, and by the way if you trade it in they have a deal for me until the end of the month. What a racket. I had the guys at Far East give me an estimate which was initially $1800. While there they checked over the car and saw ... view more2 items the dealer did not even tell me about . Finally out the door I spent $2400. A Lot yes, but got more fixed for alot less price and I still dont have a car payment for several years. I recommend these guys without question.

Car Talk was Right

Happy Customer

I went to have my engine check light to see if there was anything major going on with my engine. The mechanic was nice and asked a few questions to narrow down specific items that he wanted to check. He also looked for maintenance concerns and educated me on my car as well as the importance of scheduled maintenance service. The whole experience was great. I felt confident that when I left, that my car was fixed an... view mored that if I had any questions or concerns that would explain clear enough that I could understand. I felt confident in the work and the need for the work. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the guy at the front was very nice!!! I will definitely bring my car back for all of its repair needs.
