biggest scum*ags ever !

these people are complete scum*ags. I got into an accident on 695.. they come get the car, driver is a complete as**ole and treated me and my friends like cr*p.. then we get dropped off in a random closed gas station in baltimoreat 1 AM.. he didn`t even allow us to get our bags and stuff out of the car, and when i asked why he stormed off and almost ran my feet over. I call him later asking nicely to let us grab our ... view morestuff (money, other car keys, and house keys) he refused to.. and then finally lied and said he`ll let us take the bags if we pay the tow.. i agreed, and when he got to the lot, he called the cops.. luckily the cops where somewhat nice and convinced that tool**g to at least give us our keys back.. A 2 minute thing turned into a 6 hour delay and got the cops involved. For a simple thing like getting our belongings out of the car. AVOID THEM!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. BIGGEST SCUM*AGS I EVER MET IN MY LIFE.

I took my vehicle in as well w...

I took my vehicle in as well with minor body damage and the repairs were poorly made. I involved the insurance company again to get the issues addressed, they compiled a list of 9 outstanding repairs, a number of which were hidden shortcuts they had taken. For example, the insurance people looked under the vehicle to find exposed metal not rust proofed. Same issue when the weather stripping was removed on the side... view more where the quarter panel was replaced. The body shop took my car in for a secong go around to make the 9 repairs and failed to make all the repairs AND wound up scuffing my bumper as well as chipping a small piece of paint off of it. STAY AWAY from this place!

Unfortunately poor experience

I had a small fender bender with relatively minor damages. The shop went back and forth with my insurance company as far as the extended period of time it took to repair my car. The shop took over 35 days to repair my car and the damage to my car was not extensive whatsoever. Not only that, but the repairs were not done very well in my opinion.
