This place saved my life!
I just moved to the city and was on my third day of work when my car was rear-ended. They got me back in my car (and not fired from my job) in one day! They treated me like family. I will be back, but hopefully not for a while ;)

Great service
They have worked on my Honda Accord twice after fender benders (they`re affiliated with geico) and both times my car came out as good as new. I highly recommend them!

Worst mistake of my life
I must say that it was the worst mistake of my life when my car was damaged in an accident that I didn`t research prior to sending my car to Anderson auto shop. I feel like I have gotten the bad end of the stick this whole deal,but my issue is with the car repair shop. My mechanic name is Kevin and every time I contacted him he gave me a different diagnosis and update about car and estimated repair time. NEGLIGENT AND CARELESS
After my car was stolen, I took it to Anderson`s Body Shop. DO NOT COME HERE! Their mechanic, Tim, was in charge of my car. DO NOT LET TIM TOUCH YOUR CAR! After doing a mediocre repair job, Tim gave the car back to me, without telling me the battery had died, or that MY HEADLIGHTS DIDN`T WORK! When I confronted him with this fact, he told me that he ""spend 7 hours in it"" (I suspect that for all 7 hours he was sleep... view moreing in it). He then refused to look over the car again, telling me it Jeep`s problem, that he had nothing to do with it, and that it definitely was not a product of the damage incurred during the theft, never mind the fact that the headlights worked just fine before the theft. DO NOT COME HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, SHODDY AND CARELESS!!

ANDERSON IS THE BEST BODY SHOP IN BALTIMORE MARYLAND
I TOOK MY TRUCK TO ANDERSON THEY ARE GREAT I WOULDNT GO TO ANOTHER BODY SHOP IN THE WORLD. THE EMPLOYEES ARE WOUNDERFUL THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL.THEY TOLD ME MY TRUCK WILL BE DONE ON 11/20/08 BUT IS WAS DONE ON 11.18.08. SO I TOLD EVERYONE TO TRY THEM OUT IN THEY AGREE. SO THE REST OF YOU NEED TO STOP WRITING BAD STUFF ABOUT THEM CUZ THEY ARE GOOD!!!!!

Rip OFF!!!
I took my Honda Civic there after an accident. First they told me that I was ""lying about my insurance."" They claimed that AAA doesn`t offer insurance - it took me a lot of phone calls to clarify this. They estimated 2 weeks for the repair. After 4 weeks, when I was running out of time on my rental car, they told me that they would not release my car to me. They said that my tires needed rotation, and I would ... view morehave to pay them an additional $1000 for this service - if I refused, they wouldn`t release my car. I finally got my car back 35 days after I dropped it off by taking a very large, intimidating man with me.
Do NOT use this place.

Worst repair shop experience ever.
Brought my car in with an estimate, and I indicated that there were problems (not in estimate) that needed to be addressed. In 4 weeks, I received 1 call (today) about my car. After the first 3 weeks, I was told (after calling them) the car was ready. It wasn`t. Not only did they not address problems I told them about (that weren`t on the estimate), not only did they NOT finish what WAS on the estimate, they BROK... view moreE new things on my car! And tried to have me pay $2000 to drive away in a car that had exposed wiring, a dead alternator and broken electrical locks. After an additional week, they have finally called me to tell me that (what do you know?) the alternator I said was dead FOUR WEEKS AGO is dead. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
