In short, I have never dealt with a business and owner that honestly could care less of how they treat a customer. I thought George Criswell (the owner) would work things out, but he was far worse that his employee`s... After many attempts I decided there are too many things in life to be concerned about, but I will NEVER RECOMMEND this business to anyone.
Below is my experience with Criswell Collision Center.

In response to the attached letter written by Denny Antzoulatos, Criswell Collision Centers Director of Operations dated Sept ?ˆ“ 9th 2009, please note that it is my intent to pay the remaining balance of $1,822.36 once the repairs to my vehicle are properly performed to return my vehicle to ?ˆ?Pre-Accident Condition?ˆ?.
Criswell Collision Center was not only recommended to me by Maritime AutoWash but the attached Damage Claim Form provided to me by Maritime AutoWash has a ?ˆ?Due Diligence?ˆ? paragraph which states in the last sentence that Maritime AutoWash ?ˆ?reserves the right to obtain parts and perform repairs using our own automobile technicians.?ˆ? I received Maritime AutoWash?ˆ™s Damage Claim Form the day my car sustained damage under Maritime AutoWash?ˆ™s care when one of their employees ran it into another vehicle July - 2nd 2009 at 10a.m. The Damage Claim Form was filled out by Davin Auvndsen, an employee of Maritime AutoWash. This Damage Claim form did not give me much option, however Davin Auvndsen assured me that Criswell Collision Center was a shop that would be capable of doing a good job, and they have quality past experience with them. The Damage Claim Form stated that Action Taken: Sent to Criswell Collision For Estimate and Repair.
The car was drivable so I drove straight to Criswell Collision Center. I met with Denny Antzoulatos who looked over my car, showed me around the new facility and sold me on the high quality and customer service that they provided. Once reviewing the facility and my car with Denny I was surprised to know that a shuttle was arranged to drive me to the local Budget rent-a-car. I picked up a rental paid for by Maritime AutoWash and/or Cincinnati Casualty Insurance Company and went back to Criswell Collision Center to empty my car.
I received a call a few weeks later from Criswell Collision Center to notify me that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon my arrival I met with Kevin Marin, the Body Shop Manager. We reviewed the car together and I noticed that there were many small spots on the hood and the hood would not open without a great deal of manipulation. I then started to look over the car with a more detailed eye and noticed many imperfections and debris in the paint on the driver?ˆ™s side along with black-pigmented plastic and a black rubber seal over-sprayed with silver paint. I immediately let him know that I would not accept the car, that I was unhappy with the work and to please take time to get my car back to ?ˆ?Pre-Accident Condition.?ˆ?
The second time I was notified from Criswell Collision Center that the car was repaired correctly I went out to review the work, found many areas of paint that had debris, areas of sagging paint as well as a rough finish. Again I did not accept the car.
The third time I received a call from Criswell Collision Center notifying me that the car was ready, I again made my way to review the car. I arrived with a friend to witness what was going on, and to help me shuttle the rental car back to Budget if the car was truly ready. After reviewing the car I again noticed a great deal of imperfections and debris in the paint and again did not accept the car. I contacted George Criswell the owner of Criswell Collision Center to discuss concerns with him and he said he would be happy to meet with me to look the car over together.
(The rest will not fit) Over all this place of terrible
