amazing service
To be honest I usually dont like going to car shops. I will also admit I used to hate going to merchants. However, my most recent experience at the reisterstown merchants was unbelievable. I came in for 4 tires and the manager who helped me out was incredibly friendly and honest. They provided better customer service than anywhere I have ever been. I will never take my car anywhere else again. Best car shop ever!!!

Let`s put it this way. When you first walk into a place and see well-polished machined brake rotors there`s reason for suspiscion. I brought my Toyota in for tires at 60,000 miles. While doing their "customer safety inspection" I was informed I needed new rotors. I decided to not let my suspiscion get the best of me and decided....maybe they`re right. Though....the brakes showed no signs of wear at the time... view more. Three years later I take the same car to another Reisterstown repair shop. One that specializes inToyota. They inspected my brakes and asked me where I got those cheap Chinese rotors. Toyotas rarely need rotors. Well I guess I was duped and Merchants gor their kickback from the Raybestos Rotor Sales representative.
