Flaky company that cannot make appointment times

I made an appointment with the head office for between 10AM and 12PM. At 11:40 I called to verify the time was correct.
I got someone who at a claimed that she was in charge of the local shop. I later found out that she was lying about that and she was just answering the phone. She then said that the guy will show up after 2 pm. She then said it was due to traffic delays. I said 4 hours is a long traffic de... view morelay. She then said that the technician could arbitrarily change his schedule. Story changed again. I asked if she knew the meaning of the term appointment. She said that the head office made the appointment and they didn?ˆ™t know what the schedule was. I asked to speak to the owner and she again said that he was unavailable. Then she relented and said that the shop supervisor would speak to me after she said that no one was there with more authority than her and she was in charge of the shop. The lies kept on piling up.
I then spoke to a guy called Michal who claimed to be the shop supervisor. And he claimed that the head office incorrectly scheduled the appointment and he argued about the whole thing and at one point started laughing. I guess he thought the whole thing was funny. I did get a call afterwards from the technician who then gave me a window of 12-4 PM.
If you use these guys do not expect to be told the correct story or for them to keep any appointment times. More later once the window is actually installed if that even happens.

Best Window glass replacement company EVER

I called @ 130pm this afternoon to get my window fixed. Spoke with Lisa (who was WONDERFUL!) she told em that they woudln`t be able to fix it until tomorrow morning as there driver had already left the warehouse; but was informed that the window was in stock. I asked if i could go pick it up myself. She told me the warehouse was in Capitol Heights, MD. i told her that wouldn`t be a problem. She told em that if that w... view moreas the case then, I could get it fixed there while I was there. The appt was made for 3pm. It was raining horribly and I called to see if I got there a little late would they still see me. She said they woudn`t turn me away as long as I got there before they closed. Got there @ 3:02PM. My car was finished at 3:34PM... brand new passenger front roll up window and everything. They even fixed the little ding that was made in the side frame of the window. I was offered the insurance on the glass that was only an extra $30 and would last me as long as I owned the vehicle. The insurance, the window, and the labor were ALL less than every other company i had called. And they finished it in THIRTY MINUTES! I would recommend them to anyone needing window replacements. They are highly professional, ridiculously quick, friendly, and prompt.

MIssed Appointments

Called was given quote for replacement. They suggested an appointment time for two days later at my home, arranged to have car in location at that time. Rearranged my schedule. They called on morning of appointment to say they could not come in afternoon as arranged and were there in morning. My vehicle was in use by another member of my family.
