Ripped off

pulled in for a std oil change and lube - 2 months later the front kingpins on the truck are bone dry, and I find out half the service - the lube - was never performed. I called the service center, and was told that I must be mistaken. Since I was a mechanic, built military vehicles as a contractor, and am building a rock climber truck for pleasure, I don`t think so.
