Everyone writes negative revie...

Everyone writes negative reviews these days, I thought I would change the pace and give my 2 cents on my experience at Platinum Sounds. First off, when I called there I did not know much about car stereos at all, the staff over the phone was very informative and didn`t blow me off like other places have in the past. I decided to have a system put in my jeep. All new speakers, a decent subwoofer, and a new navigation ... view moredouble din stereo. When I went to pick up my car i thought i would be doing just that, but i was surprised when the owner took me outside to show me how everything works. He answered every question I had and took his time. I really felt comfortable. Not rushed at all. After years of dealing with other shops like this, I can definitely say that their customer service, knowledge, and craftsmanship is top notch and they have earned me as a customer for life. I truly did receive the "platinum" experience. Thanks again guys!!! -Jorge

They did an ok job on tint, but they forgot to call me when it was done, so I waited longer than necessary.
