Awful Experience

Don`t take your vehicle to this mechanic if you value your money. They are extremely rude and downright dishonest. I took my Jeep there to have the front end looked at. The mechanic/scammer said that it was brake related. He sanded my break pad and declared the problem fixed. I drove a mile down the road and still experienced the same problem. I asked the mechanic/scammer for a partial refund since they didn`t fix th... view moree problem. Well the mechanic/scammer thought it was ok to yell at me the consumer. Very rude customer service. The mechanic acts like he`s a tough guy.

I`m really impressed. I went for an inspection and they handled my car quickly. The front desk clerk was polite, and there was even a scented candle burning in the lobby (which was a nice touch, actually). I`ve finally found a mechanic to come back to!

Expect a big bill here

Took our 2001 VW Jetta here and they priced the work at $1850 for a catalytic converter, o2 sensor, spark plugs and wires. Catalytic work is high anyhow, but I think this is steep. Took it elsewhere nearby and had the work done, with equivalent parts, for $600 less. They were not up front about the $185 charge just for checking out the problem... verbally or on paper. I was pleased to hear that this was a family owned business and has been here for over 25 years. They mentioned my brakes were worn, but I could still pass inspection. I opted to get the brakes done then. I will return for my regular maintanence intervals.

Awesome Car Care
