DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOW YOUR CAR!

If I could give no stars I would. After a car accident in which a women came into my lane and hit me while I was driving straight in my year old car, the police called them to tow my car from the accident scene. The damage to my car was to the front passenger side only. When I arrived the next day to their tow yard to release my vehicle I noticed a huge dent in the rear bumper on the drivers side. As soon as I notice... view mored the damage, the guy said, ""It wasn`t us"". I never even asked if it was him. Talk about a guilty conscious. Well the other parties insurance company won`t pay for it to get fixed because they said it wasn`t accident related, but guess who had to foot the bill. Damage to the bumper was $508. I paid a $500 deductible to get it fixed. Talk about adding insult to injury. They practice some shady business over there. For a company that supposedly makes $500,000 to a mil a year, what`s $500 out of their expenses to be respectful and do the right thing. If my insurance company can not retrieve the money back, I`ll be pressing charges and suing in small claims court. Not to mention sprending the word around about how awful these people are as well as putting in a phone call the Balimore County Police to persuade them to not call this company if they have a choice after an accident for towing services.

I use to sell parts to this garage. They are cheap and rip you off all the time. I got an alignment from them and my steering wheel wasn`t even straight. They charged me $74 for mount and balance for 4 tires and a 12 throw away fee. Big rip off. They also charged me 174 for a 90 engine mount. Let`s not even go into the labor. Cheap when I sold parts to them, and crooks when I got work done. Simple; stay away.

I highly recommend using the Putty Hill garage. I had an emergency situation come up, and not only did they stay open late to help me, but they went way above and beyond the call of duty to help. I was traveling around the beltway on Christmas Eve with my 2 young kids and my dog(!) and got a flat tire, and was a good 45 minutes from my house and where I was supposed to be. I called at least 8 stations in the area ... view moretrying to find one open and willing to help at 4pm on Xmas eve. They were closing their shop but agreed to stay to help. I limped the mile or so to the station, and it turns out, my tire was completely blown out. I had no spare and a donut tire that was useless due to its size. They had to fish through their old tires and find an adequate replacement, which they did with expert percission and speed! Within 30 minutes, I was back on the road - and the best part, these good samaritans didn`t even charge me for their time spent, staying open late on a holiday, or for the barely-used tire. Don`t bother with other stations -- trust these guys to fix your car, do it right the first time, and get it done at a reasonable price.
Thanks guys for your help and compassion - we made it safely to our destination and had a great Christmas!

This company is ridiculous. They continously break Maryland law in an effort to get thousands of do

They towed my truck when it was left on the side of the road. They then refused to return my tags unless I paid the 4,300 dollars storage fee. F that. Stay the hell away from this company
