Great Auto Service in Stafford, VA

I have been taking my cars and trucks to Del`s for nearly twenty-four years. They are the best alternative to dealer service in Stafford (probably in Virginia). Their work is always complete and comprehensive and they take the time to explain what is needed to those folks who are not ""car nuts"" (like me). If you are looking for an independent mechanic in Stafford, look no further. Del`s is the place!

Expensive but Good

I`ve been to Dels almost everytime my car has had problems. It does seem that they do over price things a tad but the work they do is good and the customer service is amazing. They are always very kind and willing to work with you and show you the problems with your car. Everytime I go they tell me everything that needs to be done on my car and then tell me which is a neccessity and which will be soon. Expensive

I left my 2001 Honda with Dels for a 105,000 mile regular maintanance and was quoted at $2,200. I said no way. Then I called a Honda dealership and was quoted $1,150 (so I took my car to the Honda dealership instead). Dels told me based on their inspection I would need $500 worth of valve adjustment. The Honda dealer told me I needed no valve adjustment. Dels rotated my tires (without my permission, and charged ... view moreme). The Honda dealer told me the tires were put on in the wrong position (most worn tires in front) and had to rotate them again to avoid excessive wear.
