Best people to deal with
From the minute I walk in, everyone was warm and helpful. The repair was great, color matched and car was clean. Took me back to my house after drop off and picked me up when done.Can`t ask for more.

QUALITY REPAIR AND NICE PEOPLE
My car was in need of major repairs. They were very helpful in the insurance process from the start to finish. I asked if they could do some additional work at the same time. They finished all the work in the same time frame and even gave me a discount on the extra repair.
Nice people to do buisness with.

Poor customer service, great body work
When a second car needed body work the only place I thought to call was Fells Point Body & Fender Shop. They had done an excellent job on my first car and did it in a very timely fashion.
Now, two years later, it feels like a completely different business. After faxing information I repeatedly called for a month to speak with the person who had first inspected the damage to my car. He never returned one cal... view morel and I later found out the paperwork was lost. When we started all over again with an inspection I was quoted a 4 day turn around. As of today I have been waiting 14 days to get my car back. The current estimate is 2 more days, but I have no reason to beleive this date after they missed the other two. And by the way, no one bothered to call me to let me know of the delay and no one has returned my calls. No one will even explain why it is taking the car so long to be fixed. Customer Service is COMPLETELY LACKING.
The first car was covered by Geico and the service was great. The work on this car is being paid by State Farm. Any correlation?

Very Timely
I had some small repairs that needed done and the staff had my parts ordered the day of my estimate with the parts arriving the next day. They were very willing to work with my schedule and had my repairs done quickly. Staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

10 times better than I could`ve expected
I love this place. I got into an accident a couple of blocks from the shop and rolled my car there only because it was nearby and my insurance company approved them. Although the shop had been closed for an hour, a staff member (who was already late for her son`s football game) opened up and checked me in. By the time my insurance company issued an estimate, they had already ordered and received the necessary part... view mores; by the time I called to get a time estimate, they had already finished half the job. Although my estimate stated ""10 days for repairs,"" Fells Point Body finished my car in 3 days. They were consistently courteous, professional and friendly, and FAST! Their work was absolutely impeccable. They have GEICO employees on site to do estimates (don`t know about other companies) and there`s an Enterprise car rental about 2 blocks away.
The people at Fells Point Body turned an inconvenient and disruptive experience into something that was totally easy to resolve. I couldn`t have asked for better service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I love this shop!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Completely unprofessional.
I was referred to this shop by my insurance company after my car was victim to a hit-and-run. I work two jobs. I left work early from my 9-5 to get to make an appointment for an estimate. When I arrived, I found out that the woman with whom I made the appointment left. The next day, I called to reschedule, explaining what had happened, speaking to the women who burned me on my first appointment. She was complete... view morely unapologetic and told me that she couldn`t get me in until a week later, which is ridiculous considering that she was a no show during my first appointment. I hung up the phone and called my insurance company to find another shop, as I did not need to deal with unprofessional people in a time of stress.
