I debated about giving this ba...

I debated about giving this bad review, but if Glenn, during his initial diagnosis would have told me everything that was wrong with my car, initially, then I could have put all of the money that I paid him (about $580) on my new car. I fell for the "God Is Good All Of The Time" phrase on his sign in front of his shop. I dropped my car off for a complete diagnosis. When I got my car back I discovered that... view more my power steering and my brake fluid was low even though his receipt specifically stated that he checked the fluids. Since then my car has been in his shop three times within two weeks. I remember specifically asking him about my timing belt when he did his diagnosis. The "last straw" in dealing with him occurred after the last time that I picked my vehicle up from him. Guess what had me stranded alongside the highway. Yep, the timing belt. Cons: He NEVER called me, I ALWAYS had to call him; twice he would state one price, then the repair would wind up being way more expensive; something would always break even after Glenn, supposedly did a thorough diagnosis. I`m now using another mechanic, thank God.

A professional and honest auto repair shop in Shrewsbury, PA

I first met Glenn`s Auto a few years ago when I took a car to them that had been sitting in the Arizona sun for 6 months. It just wouldn`t start and no other mechanic would touch the 17 year old project car. Well needless to say, after a top to bottom thorough inspection they brought the car ""back from the dead"". Glenn`s Auto is thorough, very professional and they reasonably price their services. They`ll only suggest what repairs are needed and if something can go a little longer then they`ll tell you. They`re not out to ""get you"". They`re a group of upstanding mechanics.
