i bought my first new car at age 52 a mustang there,, they talked me into a sunroof bernedette pinder sales rep and some spanish woman i call her the spanish clown due to all the makeup she wears the aftermarket installs rep they both lied to me, she lied to me first of al they said oh it has life time warranty and you will love it.. it will be perfect, well it was horrible exsper all the way around, jerry clark was... view more the worst of the worst,a bully,,,, he would not try to help me to work this problem out, the sun roof was not installed right, they dented my roof it vibrates terrible, im afraid it will leak next., i called he answered only this one time and said in a mean hateful way either deal with the problem or trade it in and click went the phone, i called ford and was told by ford although we installed the sun roof there is nothing we can do, i said this is a brand new car, so i kept calling al packer , and never would get my calls returned. i wwent to dealership to see why they didnt give me my book to sun roof, i was order off their lot and had been threatened by jerry clark to call police, just because i called ford to report them...i turned them into better business ( they said al packer didnt want anything to do with me that was waste of time, because they know they ruined my car. ,marylands attorney general he said get an attorney i said what are u.and it would cost m e 1000`s, and all the tv stations chan13 and chan 02 never called me back only chan 11 said we dont have enough assets to do ur story , i said if i set the car on fire and run it into dealership they said oh yes people want to hear about that, so they didnt want to help me, so at this point i was discusted and very upset felt helpless so i had a sign made for my back window stating DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM AL PACKER FORD ASK ME MY STORY ) well i sat this car up at the local new car sale for 3 days and show at the festival. and i sat it next to the plaza ford tent thinking it would give them business. well someone from plaza ford took a picture and sent it to this jerry clark, well i got a call from jerry clark he said u better get that _ _ _ _am sign out of the window of that car you _ _ _ _ plucking _ _ _ of a itch or im gonna sue the truck outta u, i had to use other way to get the terrible curse words he used towards me. he has a fowl mouth. and a nasty dispostion, and arrogant and narsositic way. i have been told they have had many problems with treating customers, another site to see their neglegence it dealerrator.com many stories on there about how nasty they are, they could have fixed this with me, but chose to not do anything and make my life a total hell, PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM AL PACKER FORD, DO YOUR RESEARCH, IF THEY HAD JUST REINSTALED MY ROOF TO FACTORY STATIS, I HAD A REALLY BAD FEELING THE DAY I DROPPED MY CAR OFF TO HAVE THEM INSTALL THEY SUN ROOF, . I FOUND OUT THEY DID THIS AS A SALES PLOY CAUSE I WAS HEADING TO EITHER A CHEVY CAMERO OR HYUNDAI GENISIS COUPE WHICH BOTH HAVE FACTORY INSTALLED SUN ROOFS, ((( NEVER INSTALL A SUN ROOF IN A FORD MUSTANG EVER ))) WISH I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT, PLUS I WOULD NOT GOTTEN THIS DONE, THEY LIED AND MISLEAD ME TO GET THIS, I WOULDA BEEN MAYBE EVEN HAPPY TO GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OR IF THEY WOULD HAVE INSTALLED THE FACTORY GLASS ROOF TO MAKE THIS PROBLEM GO AWAY, NOW IM STUCK WITH A PIECE OF CRAP CAR THAT COST $40,000.. AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH is no...

AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH is not customer friendly. They messed up on our plates for our new car and then the GM told us &quot;So what do you want me to do?&quot; I asked for a temp tag until the new plates arrive or a rental car. I was told sorry but no and just drive my car illegal until the plates arrive. Customers over heard and asked me what the problem was and I told them. The GM came up to me in a threa... view moretning manor and said I have to leave and never come back for making him look bad in front of customers. I was also told that forget about the oil changes that was promised in my contract with them. Both my husband and me are veterans and ask that any other brothers and sisters in arms not go to AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH. "Shame on them!

These guys are the reason why carsalesmen have such a bad reputation. I would never recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from Al Packer s because they are very dishonest and unprofessional. I attempted to purchase a used vehicle from them with my own financing at local credit union. After agreeing to a price the arrangement was for me to go to my credit union the next day and get the financing from the credit u... view morenion and return to finalize the deal. Seemed like a done deal however it was far from it. I should have known these guys weren t honest because they wouldn t put the deal in writing instead they said that they would fax the agreed upon price details to the credit union the next day. At the credit union the agreed purchase price was now $600 more for a freight charge which was in addition to the agreed upon $200 dealer charge. $800 in dealer fees is ridiculous to pay on a used car. When I confronted the salesperson about the $600 fee which was not apart of the agreed upon price the night before she advised that she must have forgot to tell me and that she couldn t do anything about the charge. Now I was beginning to rethink my purchase from them. So I decided to go on-line and check out their website for their policy on dealer fees. While on their site I stumbled upon their monthly sales ad. The sales ad had the car I was about to purchase however the price of the vehicle was approximately $1000 less than I was told in person at the dealership. This was it for me so I called them back to see if they would come clean with me and make the deal at the advertised price and minus the $600 freight charge. They wouldn t budge so I decided to walk from the deal. When I asked them to refund my deposit they advised me that they had to keep my deposit for 10 days even though I hadn t bought a car from them. What kind of dealer keeps your money when the deal falls through, especially when it s their fault. I had to stop the check in order to get my money back. This dealer is a joke don t waste your time with them unless you like to play games and/or get ripped off!

Al Packer Ford White Marsh LIES!

My husband and I went to Al Packer Ford in White Marsh after Norris Ford in Dundalk told me the Ford Sync system was a ""testosterone thing"" and I wouldn`t understand it. On the surface everything seemed great and everything was going well...we had a new baby and were excited to finally upgrade our vehicle to suit our new needs. The first lie came when we were quote a great price! Only to find out that we weren`... view moret actually eligible to get that price. But we were eligible to get a student discount since my husband is working on his degree. Huzzah! A break was caught! Well...we bought our car in the beginning of August, also known as summer break. So after all was said and done and the signatures had dried they had determined we weren`t eligible for the student rebate because my husband wasn`t a current student when the car was purchased...during summer break. So now they want that rebate back! My husband has called the dealership twice and has talked to 2 different people and both of them hung up the phone on him! We`re still fighting to resolve this (my husband is currently a student) but now we`re dealing directly with Ford Motor Company. They are much nicer and they don`t hang up on us but this issue still hasn`t been resolved almost 4 months later. I`ll hesitate before I buy another Ford at all, much less one from Al Packer White Marsh with their liars, con artists, and just plain bad business. It`s a pity too because so far I really like my Escape.

The sales team lied, when they could not produce a lie they treated my friend like yesterdays garbage. Over the phone the sales team used abbussive language (the `F"" word). All my friend wanted is to buy a new truck, her credit is perfect, has a nice down payment. I guess Al Packer is racking in the bucks and does not need business or is it they only do business with folks they know they can screw?

GO to Bob Davidson Ford for GOOD Service

Took a new 2011 F250 Heavy Duty Diesel truck to Packer`s for service with an appointment. We were unable to pump gas into the tank at 4 different gas stations. Packer sat on the truck for 2 days before stating that Bob Davidson Ford was the last place to work on the truck and Packer didn`t WANT to work on it.
