Horrible service

It took them 3 weeks to finally say the part is not coming in after calling every week. It`s my fault I didn`t go to service when parts lady didn`t order everything took another week to get those parts. Two full days to repair the bike they ordered to many parts. Complained to owner bout the service and the manger and owner said go ahead and shop on eBay but ill give you a 20 dollar gift card to our store. Why would... view more you send someone away and then try to bring them back. This is got to be one of the worst companies I seen. They advertise as being a family LIESS!!!!! Go somewhere else if you want your work done right the first time
