Horrible Dealership

I purchased a car in the beginning of January. By mid-February a plethora of problems came up and it has been like pulling teeth to get the problems fixed. It`s going back in yet again because they never fix it correctly the first time. At one point, I had the car 11 out of the 28 days I owned it. The loaner cars they lent me after days of asking for one to get to work, since they take their sweet time NOT fixing the... view more car, was in complete disrepair ( check engine light on, made loud squealing sounds, ruined interior). Bottom line: they`ll sell you a junker and put off fixing it until you`re at your last nerve, then they`ll take forever doing a half-a** job while you`re making car payments on a car you`re not in possession of: DO NOT SHOP THERE!!

A person i know delivered parts to this dealership and the sales manager came out the door and cussed him out saying he was driving more than 5 mile per hour on the lot thats not good for a dealership and the manager called this person a mother f piece of trash and told him to never step foot in the dealership again or he would have this person fired!

Don`t go there!!!

I suspect that the testimonials on the website are written by the staff. I will admit that the buying process was very smooth and friendly but service since then has been horrific. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle several things `broke`. Getting them to take care of these problems (some small, some not small) has been a nightmare. 7 weeks after buying the car, they have had it more than we have.
