Not the cleanest, professional...

Not the cleanest, professional, or organized audio shop in MD. I called to schedule an appoint for a stereo installation of a Kenwood 6.95" DVD Entertainment System w/ Bluetooth?® in my truck. I provided the owner all the details regarding the make and model of my vehicle and he in turn gave me the time of my appointment. He told me on the phone he might not be able to install the aforementioned stereo but when h... view moree realized I would hang up and seek business elsewhere he told me he could install the stereo. I arrived for my Saturday appt as scheduled and low behold after waiting an hr in a half he tells me he can`t install my stereo. That was lie number one. He convinced me to take on another stereo from another manufacturer for $500 w/ installation included since he didn`t want to put my dash back together for nothing. The second lie is he says he could get it installed in 1.5 hrs. I ended up getting out of there 4 hrs later! Sure the new stereo I have looks ok minus the glue drippings on the side but I was better off keeping my original stereo. Please don`t believe their overall rating US Audio is dingy, cold, and as I said before unprofessional! If you want reliable honest service take your business elsewhere.

Just came back from USAudio in...

Just came back from USAudio in Glen Burnie they rewired my whole system perfectly and now it sounds better than ever also they have layaway plans on EVERYTHING for a paycheck to paycheck guy like me. Awesome customer service and guys who are incredibly knowledgeable on what they do. This my only audio shop I will go to I`m gonna miss this place when I move.

SUPERB Car Stereo Shop!! Great prices and FAST!

About a week ago I had a Pioneer AVIC-X930BT Navigation System installed in my 2007 Toyota Corolla. I could not have been more impressed with Louis and his crew. They`re extremely knowledgable and very personable. They are truly commited to SUPERIOR customer service. Something very rare these days. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they are SUPER FAST! I had planned to leave my car over the weekend but before the ... view moreend of the day (Saturday) they called me to tell me the installation was complete. In fact when I went to pick up my car I asked if they could put the stereo they took out of my car and put it in my wifes car. I expected they would ask me to schedule another appointment. To my suprise they took her car around the back and installed it in about 20 minutes. Keep in mind that they were about to close in 30 minutes. That`s CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had one minor glitch with my navigation system but I took my car back on the following Monday and they fixed it right away. NO DRAMA WHATSOEVER. Otherwise, everything works PEFECTLY in both cars. They`re shop isn`t ""fancy"" and they don`t have all the slick flashing signs etc. Don`t let this fool you. They do EXCELLENT work and they stand behind their service. They`re located on Ritchie Hwy. in Glen Burnie, MD right next to a Burger King, AutoMaxx Used Car Dealership and Empire Towers. If you live in the area I HIGHLY recommend US Audio. You won`t be disappointed.

US Audio A+ service and undeniably the best in town

I purchased a set of DD 1510`s 10"" subs as well as a DD CM1 amplifier from Louis and his talented and extremely knowledgeable staff at US Audio, for those of you who know nothing about car audio that is Digital Designs. I am and will continue to be a returning repeat customer solely on the basis that they treat customers right. I have done comparisons and quote unquote MYSTERY shopping at other area audio dealers an... view mored N O B O D Y comes close to the service I receive at US Audio. I started dealing with US Audio years ago when I was in the market for a ((( little ))) system for my wife`s truck, Louis took time to come out and explain to me what would work best and the placement of the amp and subs to optimize their sound and maximize the performance. When I purchased my second and third system`s which I opted to install myself they took time to help ensure me they were tuned properly even though they did not install it, if that is not top notch customer service then I don`t know what is. I recommend US Audio to all my friends and family, what ever your needs whether it be just a simple sub and amp setup or a full blown comp system, Louis and his team can get it done..............

Amazing work in ""Impossiable"" car

I am new to the area and had been looking to upgrade the stereo in 2009 Cadillac CTS-V was told by alot of other shops in the area that car is next to impossiable to do any ""real"" upgrades to, After vewing some video`s on you tube and visting thier web site I decided to stop in. After speaking to Louis(the owner) and his staff I was told that yes my vehicle is not one of the most simple cars to work on with plenty... view more of obstacles but it is nothing they haven`t done a ""hundred"" times before, that being said I purchesed 2 sets if Digital Designs DD- 28 6.5 components and 2 of the of 1508 8"" subwoofers(in a VERY elaborate) custom box using 2 Digital Designs amps. Let me say when all work was completed (in a very timely manor) I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality and overall volume of the way my system sounded, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND the staff and the equment if your looking for expert staff and equpment go there you will not be disappointed

I have to disagree with the above poster. I have taken 5 cars over the past seven years to Us audio, everything from a radio in my work truck, a full system including radio, amp, subwoofers, and interior spearers in my daily driver, radio and interior speakers in the mini-van, to some custom fiberglass work in my sons compettition car, including fiberglass a-piller pods for the tweeters and custom fiberglass door pan... view moreels to accomadate 2-6.5"" midbass speakers. The guys over there are always polite, and knowlegable ( i know because i research a lot online and the things I was told by their staff has always rang true). I realize some people carry a chip on their shoulder and tend to exagerate. I find it hard to beleive this story is accurate, there is always two sides to every story. My friends have used usaudio at my recommendation and beleive me if they were unhappy with the work done there I would have heard about it forever. I have always been pleased with them, I will continue to take my rides to them and I highly recommend them.

US AUDIO IS A SCAM AND RIP OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
THIS PLACE WAS SUPPOSE TO INSTALL A WALL AND SPEAKERS IN MY SONS CAR, THEY SAID A WEEK MAYBE 2 TOPS TILL IT WOULD BE FINISHED .. A MONTH LATER STILL NOT DONE, 2 MONTHS STILL NOT .. THEN THE 3RD MONTH ALMOST INTO THE 4TH I SAID FORGET IT WHAT EVER IS DONE IS DONE AND I WENT AND GOT MY CAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

WELL THIS PLACE CHARGED $ 3,500 AND MY SON BOUGHT ALL THE MATERIALS.. WHAT A SCAM !! THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER THE CAR WAS DROPPED OFF WE GET A PHONE CALL STATING WE NEED TO EITHER DROP MORE MONEY OFF FOR MATERIALS OR WE HAVE TO GET THE MATERIALS, SO MY SON GOES THERE TO FIND OUT NOTHING WAS TOUCHED ON HIS CAR YET.
