I was going to buy a car through the Nissan Grad Program, which is supposed to be a no-hassle $250 below invoice. I spoke with Nicole Riffey online, but she was completely unprofessional and kept trying to get me to come in to the dealership. I asked if she could get me an out the door price because I did not want to waste my time or theirs if they were going to add all these fees. She said she would, which never c... view moreame and then she quit responding to my messages. She was quite pushy and what gives car dealers a bad name.

Bob Bell Nissan Service

My Dad told me to try Bob Bell after spending a small fortune at a local shop trying to fix my Nissan. The service writer was pretty cool and kept me informed thru the whole day and they fixed the car the first time in their shop. Worth a few extra bucks to get her fixed the first time. I`m done with the corner shop!

Good Service !

Bob Bell Nissan-Chevy service took good care of my car and fixed a problem my long time mechanic could not fix. The girl service writer was really helpful and kept me up to date with the cost of the repairs.

Worst service/repairs in Baltimore

This place is locally known to be incompetent. I have yet to meet anyone who is satisfied with their work. I have had to take my vehicle here for the same repair four times. The only reason that I have gone here is their proximity. But for now on, I will make the drive to the other dealership.
