AVOID!!!` Absolutely awful!!!

Circle Auto Body was an absolute disaster. We took in my wife`s car (2008 Nissan Altima) after she hit a deer. There was damage to the front fender, the hood, both side panels, and the front grill. Aside from a plastic cover under the hood, there was "no mechanical damage." Our insurance company told us to take the car here, so we did. We dropped off the vehicle at about 10am. They took the keys without doi... view moreng a walk around with us and said they would call later that day or the next day to give a time and money estimate. That day and the next day go by without a call. Two days after we took it in, we decide to call them. They informed us they still didn`t have an estimate and they should the following day. Finally after three days, we receive an estimate of 2 weeks and over $8,000 in damage. Throughout the two weeks, we never received A SINGLE call from the body shop. We had to take it upon ourselves to call them every 2-3 days to see the progress. Every time we called, we received a casual and short answer that everything was on time. Finally, on the two week mark we call to see when we can pick up our car. Circle Auto Body says that we should wait until 3pm to call and get a confirmed time. At 3pm, we are informed that the vehicle will not be ready until the evening of the following day. After a heated conversation in which the manager was very defensive of his obvious tardiness and inconsideration for lack of contact, we demanded a rental car that day due to the fact that we had already returned our previous rental. The next evening we go to the shop and we are presented with our vehicle. However, there is 1) 2-3 inches of floating water in the fog lamps 2) an obvious incorrect paint match on all new parts 3) very poor attempts at welding, which was so atrocious that an appraiser was forced to label it as frame damage 4) and an incorrectly laid hood that had a hard time latching down because of how crooked it was laid. After addressing all of these problems, we received more attitude from the manager at which time he said that he was doing us a favor by paying for our rental vehicle for one night, so we should instead be grateful. We returned the next day and all items were said to have been fixed and for the most part, appeared to have been. However, the paint and hood still appeared incorrect. We were informed that the paint matched perfectly and there was nothing more they could do for both issues. We reluctantly accepted the car but informed our insurance agency of all the issues. Fast forward three days. We start to hear a slight rumble in the front right quadrant of the vehicle. We think 4) re-align the tires 5) re-do all of the previous welding. Finally, 2 weeks and another $4,000 dollars of repairs later at the new body shop, our vehicle is back to normal. Throughout all of this process, we never received a call, an apology, or even a smile. They are an absolutely atrocious body shop and unless you want give money to an undeserving bunch of crooks, avoid this place at all costs!!!
