Very Disappointing Service!!! A RIPOFF!!!

Found them while I was price comparison shopping & they agreed to match a rate that I had gotten from another company if I waited until the next morning. At a risk, I agreed and they told me if I called them at 7am that morning, they would pick up my vehicle by 8am. We`ll they didn`t actually pick up my vehicle until 12:30 ( I called them about 5x in the meantime) They picked it up but there was a problem when... view more the run my card, in the 15 minutes it took me to get them the new information, they added a $35 late charge on top of a $15 dollar taxes & credit card processing fee. When it was all said and done... I paid almost double what they initially quoted me... Talk about a rip-off!!! They will never get me nor my organizations business again, and I`ll be sure to inform everyone I do business with to steer clear of them!
