New to the area. Talk about trust?!? This is my second time having my Rav4 serviced. I came in, and true to the other customers who took the time to review (thank you!), I left with a MUCH lesser bill than the dealer quoted me. No shady overselling. Got the oil change done at the dealership and during that time, I received "the call". I needed to get my brake pads done NOW, needed my rear shocks rep... view morelaced NOW, needed new wiper blades, needed new filters NOW, I told them no, and the guy kept me on the phone saying that my pads were in a dangerous state. I had heard a tiny squeak, but this guy acted like I was grinding metal! (I wasn`t). I picked up my car, but now I had a new problem. LOL... .I couldn`t friggin` remember the name of this place, but remembered Elvaton`s name. As I was driving home from the dealership, divine intervention struck and I jumped out of the car, ran in and sure enough...there he sat! He replaced my pads for almost $100 under the dealer price, none of the other repair stuff was necessary, gave me some cool advice on the wear and tear of brakes and sent me on my way. He has my business forever and ever.

Excellent service. Oil change was quick and fast. They also dropped me off at home so I wouldn`t have to wait in the lobby of the shop. Over all great experience. Everyone there is nice and very welcoming.

The most important issue to me...

The most important issue to me about my repair is having it done that day. Since I was the first to show up because my accident happened in the morning the came through and had it ready for me by closing time. They were nice enough to lend me a loner car so I would have to sit there all day. They were very assuring of what I needed done and nothing more. Vehicle Inspection / shop work repair

I took my vehicle to elvaton auto & truck service for a routine inspection, and they tried to knock me up for $1,200 to replace rack & pinion for a "leak" they found. Needless to say, I was bent over with paying $80 (overpriced too) to get my keys back. Received an inspection certificate from singer`s auto on same day for $59.99. watch out for the one eyed rude old man

Let me start by saying that I normally do not make rude statements but they have left me no choice . I went to elvaton for service and started dealing with the son of the owner , he was very kind . He got me in quickly , the price was slightly high but I was willing to pay for convenience . After they took my vehicle the son left , and it was all down hill from there . But I will say that I also work for my fathers company , and if my dad treated customers the way this guy treated me , we would be out of business . The old man needs to be in a nursing home , if his son wants to have a successful company after pops is out of the picture .
