Great Service!! Keep it up!

I love this store....the staff are very friendly, care for your automotive needs and are honest about what you need done on your vehicle. They have never steered me wrong. I trust them and that is the most important thing for me as a consumer. They have the best auto techs in that store and some of my friends that live in other locations where there`s a Mr. Tire store close by, still come to the one at East Street. The Manager makes sure I am happy with my service and there`s a new girl there that is a sweetie! I like to see a woman at the store as this is a man dominated field....
Since I have stepped in this store I go nowhere else for my car service and tires. Thumbs up guys!!!

The worst customer service I have ever received

I purchased 4 over priced tires. Two days later I found out that it was buy 3 get 1 free, this was not disclosed at the time of the purchase, but I feel they thought they could get over on a women customer. When I contacted their corporate office, they actually laughed at me and berated me. When I stated I would contact better business bureau, the customer service rep., Chris Johnson, laughed again and stated he h... view moreas to deal with them all of the time. That alone is a statement of how bad their customer service is. I later called to speak with his boss, Terri Heshman, who was just as rude, who claimed he agreed with Mr. Johnson, BBB is a useless bureau, but if I wanted to waste my time, feel free. Stay clear of this business!
