When they ask you to inspect your car and you find stuff wrong with it which everyone that picked up they`re car when I was did they get all defensive and just say give it a couple of days but if you leave your screwed they went redo it and won`t give you a refund don`t go there too much BS and all the employees are young white trash that stand around and smoke the whole time

AMAZING

After seeing a few bad reviews I was unsure about going to D&L. I decided to go an try it myself. I drove on to the cleanest tint shop parking lot I have ever been on and was greeted right away by a manager who spent over 10 minutes helping me decried on what tint to choose. We went over shades and brands and finely I picked 3M 35% for my Acura RSX. While the crew worked on my car I got to relax in there homey wait... view moreing room. After an hour they brought my car right out front of the shop and walked me around the whole car. They were very professional. While I was paying up the owner even walked out an introduce himself. He told me about the extended warranty , I was unsure about getting but I did get it.. I`m very happy I did because yesterday I let my seat belt go an dinged my window..I called right when it happen and there is no cost to get it fixed. D&L was very professional and I`m glad I went. I will for sure brag about them to Family & Friends..

Don`t go here!!!

On 03/19/2011 I called D&L on Joppa Rd for an estimate the lady told me $205.00 for 20% tint on my 2008 Nissan Altima. After reading some of the reviews on various websites I was a little hesitant to go to D&L however, I did not want to drive far to get service. On 03/22/2011 I arrived at D&L to have my windows tinted. Before they started, I confirmed the price of $205.00. The woman told me no it?ˆ™s $205.00 for 50% or... view more 35%. I started to explain to her that I specifically asked her about 20% and she cut me off and told me once again it is not for the 20% tint. She also began to explain that if I wanted 20% tint it would be $250.00 for the D&L brand tint, $285 for Solar Gard and over $300 for 3M! While I was in the shop, there was a person who was bringing his car back for the 3rd time due to bubbles in his tint. Well, to make a long story short I did not get my car tinted at D&L. I went to elite auto images in Millersville, MD. I had my car tinted with Solar Gard 15% for $150.00!!! They were quick, professional and did an excellent job. I will be going back to elite for my HID headlights!!!

Excellent Service + Professionalism and Great work quality

First of all, I would like to state that I did a lot of research on ClearBra & Tinting prior to heading to D&L tinting and was a bit skeptic at first. 1* Site presentation + Professionalism: First of all, I was positively surprised at the upkeep of the shop and extremely courteous service. Simply AMAZING. I was worried that I would be able to see the line on my white nismo hood and wouldn`t like thejob and cost - wrong I was indeed; I could hardly see it. Pete did a hell of a job on my car and I am extremely pleased with the job and cost that I took it upon myself to place in a review. I will be going back in for my tint installation and I know I won`t be disappointed given my experience with the clearbra work. Extremely pleased customer.

Great Service

D&L did a great job on my window tinting. They made me feel comfortable as a woman and explained the process thoroughly. The place was impeccable!

Directions were easy, service was fast and most of all I felt that I left with a great value. It`s been over 3 years and the product has held up!

AAAA+++++ Fantastic Job!!

BEST OF THE BEST. Took my car there because tint was illegal from another state and was moving to Md. They removed it and re-did with 35% borderline legal after inspection. Took 1 hour unlike the other guy in Dundalk who said he needed car for 2 days! Guys were very nice and shop was more like a salon for your car. Very clean and professional. hackers

they cut into the rubber moulding under windows to trim tint to fit windows. when brought back to them, they denied it and said since I signed release they weren`t liable. crappy all around tint job. don`t go here.

Great Job, Nice Crew

Took my BMW X5 to get all the windows tinted. D&L did an awesome job :) I am very happy with the windows now that the sun doesn`t heat it up the inside of my suv! I had no problem with anything. Thanks D&L!

What a coinsidence!!!!!!!! BMW`s

My fiance had taken his BMW to D&L like a week ago to get the windows tinted and they had gotten water down in the gps system which made the screen come on and of whenever it wanted to work.......of course they denied any responsibility of doing so, they also had called the police on him to have him removed fom there property..........DON`T EVER GOTO D&L IF YOU HAVE A BMW!!!!!

ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME STORY RE: WHITE MARSH LOCATION

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO TO D&L.

Same story as last post. Took my BMW (maybe they just hate BMWs) there the same day after it had the windshield replaced at the dealership in Towson. I noted the next day large scratches on the inside AND outside of the windshield. They denied any responsibility for the outside blamed it on the dealership. They couldn`t weasel out of the inside scratch and said they`d re-tint... view more it after I figured out what I wanted to do about the windshield. BMW of Towson also denied responsibility, but I`m pretty certain it wasn`t there when I left the dealership. The dealership is honorable enough to go ahead and replace the windshield (and they will never refer to D&L anymore). Can`t say the same for D&L. Very, very sleazy-- not to mention business environment/personnel are reminescent of a second rate strip club.
