When I came in Brooks-Huff, the service writer was waiting for me. He provided excellent avice and guided me to the best choice of tires. The work was done quickly and I was on my way. Excellent service; professional work!

I have been using the Brooks-Huff location at 909 York Rd in Towson. I have found them to be very honest, reasonably priced and very pleasant and accommodating. AAA was offering a free 30 point maintenance service that you could get at any AAA approved facility. I made an appointment for my car at one of the facilities. After the free inspection, I was informed that my car was unsafe to drive and required a $125 repa... view moreir. I did not let them do the work and drove the car to my trusted mechanic. He told me that the car was fine and did not need the repair job. A AAA mobile mechanic then came and confirmed that the car did not need the repair. I then took my wife`s car to Brooks-Huff and had them do the free 30 point inspection on her car. They told me that I needed over $800 worth of work. You can only imagine how suspicious I was at this point. I drove her car to my trusted mechanic who had been servicing the car previously. His initial reaction was that I must be getting ripped of by another AAA approved mechanic. He then checked out the car and told me how surprised he was to discover that every repair item listed needed to be done. I also was able to confirm that the prices quoted were very reasonable for the required work. Soon after this experience, I took a job in the Towson area and have been using them as my mechanic ever since.

The service is exceptional! I dont know anything about cars, and Eric took the time to explain what they were doing and even brought out my tire to demonstrate why it was important to rotate tires as mine were pulling hard on the left. He gave me the coupon price for the oil change, even though I did not have the coupon, finished more quickly than the estimated wait time he gave me, and gave me an estimate on a costl... view morey repair that he said he wouldnt change if it was his car right now, but that I should be aware of as I will need it at some point within the year. On top of all of that, they beat the price the dealership gave me by $150!
