The owner, Stuart Pollack is a liar and a thief. I purchased a dangerous and defective 2004 VW Convertible Beetle on 4-6-13 from this dealer. The car was returned within two days for repairs on the transmission and electrical systems. After two weeks of not repairing the vehicle and after a near fatal accident where the transmission violently bucked in the middle of a road and I was nearly killed by an oncoming tr... view moreuck that swerved into a ditch in order to miss ramming into the side of my car, the owner, in writing, committed to take back the car and pay off the loan to the bank. The dealer, Stuart Pollack, has had my car and title for nearly two months and as of 6-18-13 has yet to pay off the loan. He is marketing that same car both on this lot and on his web page. He and two of his employees have told me to my face, on four different occasions, that the loan was paid off. Each time, with verification through the lender, the loan has NOT been paid and they still have my car and title. LIARS and THIEVES! In addition, I have had to pay my $300 car payment in order to protect my credit. So not only do they have my car and title, they OWE me $300 for a payment I made on that car. I was told by MVA that with confirmation on these facts, I will be entitled to their surity bond that will pay off the loan. For your own protection, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OWNER OR DEALERSHIP. You will pay...literally!
