Worst customer service

I came in and ask where the stereo receivers was and the guy pointed to the room it was in and after standing in there for 20 minutes no one came and asked if I needed help so I just walked out.. I was ready to buy but they suck at customer service I`m more than glad to take my money elsewhere

I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE!. Travis who I spoke with was more than just helpful. I was looking for the best way to add siruis radio to my car and his suggestion was not only the easiest but the best quality as well. Thanks Travis I would come back for anything i ever need done to any of my 3 cars!!!! Definately use these guys they are affordable , godd working and most of all HONEST!!!!

Awful service

Started out so well... Travis was busy but he helped me and was obviously very good. However it all went to you what when I put down a deposit for some equipment. That`s when I heard, ""I`ll call you when it comes in"". Didn`t get a call. I called in found out it arrived and then tried to schedule installation. ""Busy now, we`ll call you back"" no call. Called the next day ""yea, busy now, I`ll call you in an h... view moreour"" Nothing. By the end of the day and after days of hearing the same line, cancelled the whole thing. Awaiting my deposit back hoping this does not wind up being a legal matter.

These people were nice and informative

I went to get a cd player in 2008 and they did not try to talk me into getting anything flashy or high priced. He even took the time to explain everything to me. they had to take out the factory installed version i had and put in the one i bought and i was so afraid that it wouldnt look right in the panel after they did it. it looked very professional even though a space had to be left their because of the original ... view morebeing uninstalled.. Most of all they are not expensive and they are fast and i havent had any problems.. the cool thing was the guy told me the more you change a cd the more you end up wearing down the motor in the changer.. he told me how to put all my mpg3`s on one disk so that i wouldnt be changing the cd disk so much..... That helped alot!! By me learning that from him, i was able to tell others how to prevent cd player motor burn out too!

knowledgeable and experienced employees

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new i-pod ready radio at audio connections. The price was reasonable, the employees were friendly and, unlike big box stores, extremely knowledgable and experienced. I was told by one of the big box stores in the area that in order to replace the radio in my 2001 maxima I would have to purchase new speakers also. Not only did audio connections install my new radio without b... view moreuying all new speakers, but my old speakers sound better now. I have purchased radios from the big box stores before and will not hesitate to go straight to audio connections next time because of my experience.
