This was a no hassle, straight up great buying experience. The price of the car was the same as quoted online by the salesperson - Terry. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Honda.

Very Happy

I took my mother to O`Donnell to help her purchase a new Accord. The salesperson, Mike, was very helpful in showing her the options and colors for her new car. He offered us a great price and we bought the car. This was the best experience she has ever had buying a car. We shopped on the internet and received a lot of quotes, but no one would actually honor them. For us, O`Donnell was a good choice.

Enjoying our new Civic!!

Thank you Odonnell Honda! We were looking for a new 2012 Civic and found the one I was looking for at ODonnell. We received a quote in the internet and was able to go in and purchase the car at that price. The dealer in Clarksville tried to play games and added some b/s package on the cars. We`re very happy with Odonnell.

Top Of The Heap

I am most certainly impressed with the service I received from ODonnell Honda. Specifically; Mike Scandora. His knowledge on the products is quite vast and he was quite helpful in our search. Avoid at all cost

They outright lied to me on prices and my trade-in. They will treat you nicely at the beginning, and then they`ll make you feel like an animal at the end. Stay away.

Avoid!!

By far one for the worst Honda dealers in Maryland in regards to customer sevice. Not only do they lose your spare keys and fail you inform you that it is missing(I didn`t find out until 3 weeks later!!), but replacing them is a hassle since the service crew tends to leave an hour or so before actual closing time, forcing you to make an additional trip to the dealer to make keys for which they foohlishly lost in the ... view morefirst place. Also the sales staff was great when trying to sell you the car, but beware when you fill out the survey after purchase. Any small criticism made will result and some very angry phone messages by the staff. While my beautiful Honda vehicle drives with great detxterity, it is unfortunate that the same can not be said for the competency of the staff at O`Donnell Honda.
