Terrible place! Where to start... first the sales guy and staff were very unprofessional which was a surprise to me as my husband purchased a vehicle a year before and had no issues (this was before it was auto nation). Second after purchasing the car the sales guy was nowhere to be found. He didn`t go over anything with me about the vehicle features. Third they did all my paperwork for the wrong VIN #. The manager ... view morecalled and asked me to come back a month later to do all the paperwork again. My guess is they tried to sell the other car and found out it was registered under my name. Then when I went to sign the paperwork for the right VIN# the purchase price was not correct. Lastly my husband calls to make an appointment for his vehicle and was told that they were busy and under staffed that they would transfer him to someones voicemail. When he said no can I just want to make an appointment they hung up on him. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere no matter how convenient

MOM Friendly!

I am embarrassed to admit, this was my FIRST car purchase! Just recently having gotten divorced, I found my myself stuck with a Highlander....a very nice one, just NOT a good fit for my daughter and myself. Excellant Customer Service

We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander 2012 from Leesburg Toyota. Our sales consultant, Michael Hennes was the best salesman I have ever dealt with to date! My husband and I were very pleased with his positive attitude, professionalism, and patience.
