AWFUL place for anything car related

Yayyy I finally got my truck back from Bobs auto body in Queenstown MD today. I dropped it off last January(09) today is August 24th 2009. In june they told me they needed a $250 deposit. 4 months later they still had not even touched it! So I went to pick it up along with my deposit, they said they were keeping $60 because they had diagnosed the repairs needed. I had to work really hard to keep my composure. I shoul... view mored have listened to a friend of mine about 4 months ago that said he had his truck up there for a paint job. They had it for over a year and never touched it. All along paying payments on it and insurance. If one person sees this and was even considering going there and this changes their minds then I am happy... J Oh one more thing, the driver door would not close properly due to body damage, when I dropped it off. So I more than adequetly covered the open area with plastic and heavy duty tape. It was there soo long that the plastic was sun dried and turned brittle then broke away (about 4 months in I think) the tape was still there though!. They didnt recover it just let it rain inside day and night that it ruined my Leather drivers seat and now there is tons of mold throughout the vehicle....thanks Bobs auto body of Queenstown MD.
