DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Reality Auto Sales or Reality Motors which ever they prefer is a rip off and they are only out to get your money...THAT`S IT! They are making a profit off those with bad or no credit. It should be shut down! I was given a vehicle under spot delivery which is illegal. Basically they told me I was approved so I went home and a week later they told me my financing fell through. After I approached Dan... view moreiel about the spot delivery tactic he got offended, irate, and ignorant and told me I don`t know my rights and if I didn`t bring the car back in he would have the car picked up and reported as stolen and hung up on me. A few months later I realized that it should not have gone through inspection because my car was in a flood. If you need a vehicle I suggest you go FAR FAR away from this place. I have already made several reviews on several sites plus a complaint with the better business bureau (BBB). I need my money I spent on getting repairs since I`ve only had it for three months.

They are going to pay for what they did to me. They do bad business. Sold me a car I could never drive. Lost $5500 plus the $1800 of what I paid to work on the car and could still never drive. Myron, Carlos and Daniel. All these Rude spics will pay for the bad business they conduct. I hope the read this. It won`t be from me. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!!

We got the short end of the st...

We got the short end of the stick. The place was busy and hot when we got to Reality Auto Sales. The guy James that was helping us was on a cell phone and 2 other phones for the business. My husband went to look at the car we got and he was ok with it. We finished the contract and left. An hour after we left the automatic windows stop working, when you made a turn the turn signal light wasn`t showing up on the ... view moreinside of the car. When we got home the kids came out to see the car and everything on the inside was sticky in the very back. When we went to take the kids for a ride we found out that one of the seat belts wasn`t working and there was a button missing for the window on the inside. If I could rate this a zero I would cause the customer service is horrible and so are the cars. We have been on the phone with Reality Auto Sales and have gotten 10 different numbers to call and several people saying we will call you back with no response. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
