Do not waste your time if you ...
Do not waste your time if you want to be treated like human being. Went to this "dealership" and was treated like I went into a fast food restaurant in the ghetto.
We walked up to the associate, I say this because I still don`t know his name, he recognized my type of car from a conversation we had on the phone about trading it in. He threw the keys at me and said "If you don`t like it there`s somet... view morehing wrong with you"- mind you I have still made no contact with him, no handshake, no hello, no welcome in to our dealership. He then proceeded to walk over to my car without talking to me and hopped in, opened the hood, and banged a little around the entire car- without permission from me.
He walked back into the shop, and asked me "would you even spend $1000 on your car?" to which I replied "yes of course!" His reply was "You`re a damn fool, you`re looking at a $600 car at most!" That was the end of our brief encounter.
Went to another dealership where we were welcomed with open arms and a nice hello. Where I traded in my "$600" 2000 Cadillac DTS for $3500 and a newer Cadillac.
Oh yeah and I don`t want to forget to mention, over the phone this associate mentioned that the price of this newer Cadillac was $11,500, and when I got there it was somehow $13,500. And instead of the milage being 70,000 like he stated on the phone it was 85,000.

Stay clear.....very shady busi...
Stay clear.....very shady business practices. I paid for a vehicle in full on October 31st. I had a list of issues that needed to be fixed. One of the issues unkonwing to me was that the car leaked water into the driver seat due to either or accident or a bad seal at the A-pillar. The owner stated that he would fix the problem until he found out that the price of the repari would be $420. Mind you, I purchased t... view morehe vehcile for over $16k with a certified check. If asking why didn`t I mention this issue prior to the first 30 days going by, I have a townhome with a garage and it had not rained during the day in Laurel after purchasing the vehicle for me to notice the problem. These guys sell cars that they are unwilling to make safe and/or reliable after saying that they would. The owner will make you feel assured that the necessary work will be done to make the car whole if and only if his mechanics can fix the issue. The bottom line is to stay clear of this place.

Steer clear of the con....
I was in the market for an all-wheel vehicle and happened to see one of their black Acura RL`s from the street. The car was the exact color combination that I had been looking for on the net, circulars and on various lots. The price was excellent so I took it for a test drive and it drove well. Unknowing to me, this car had issues that became more glaring weeks after owning the vehicle. At the time of the purchas... view moree the ownerstated that he would fix the issues that were obvious without question. Well, after owning the car for almost 2 months, I`ve had almost every warning light come on along, with a water leak in the cabin of the car on the driver`s side. Yes, a water leak which is destroying the leather, headliner and carpet of my recently purchased vehicle. I was told by staff at Parsons to get the car fixed at their designated shop which repairs window leaks and that they would pay the bill. When the amount was disclosed to fix the problem ($420), they decided that it was too much to pay to fix the vehicle and told me I needed to fix the car myself and that even though they said they would fix, they are changing their mind and now won`t fix it. The owner Mr. Parson`s is not a man of his word and has no problem with that from his demeanor when dealing with him. When shopping he`ll give you a ""wink and a smile"" as to assure you that you are in good hands, but you really aren`t. i am stuck with this car. The economy is rough and when people spend their hard earned money on an investment, they expect it to at least work without it being a danger for themselves or they family while using it. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB and the Attorney General`s office within the week. If you value your money or time, steer clear of this place.
