I went to buy a used 2006 Ram 1500. It was listed as having a tow package and I was told by Bruce Otto that the truck had a full inspection by the service department. I drove the truck off the lot on Thursday, May 16th. By Tuesday, May 21st (not even 1 week later) the check engine light came on. Took the truck in, the service department, though nice and helpful, couldn`t find anything wrong with what the code said. T... view moreold me I probably did not put the gas cap on tight enough, which I know I did. Gave me the truck back, no more check engine light. Saturday, June 1st (1.5 weeks later) the check engine light came back on again. Called the service department and they told me to wait to see if it would go away. It did not. The truck is BACK at the dealership AGAIN. TWICE in less than a month after buying it, the truck has had to go back to the shop. I got ripped off. The a/c also does not work, and again, no tow package even though it was advertised as such. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM MUSSELMANS DODGE.

Treated me with respect

When most women go to buy a new car, they are probably nervous. At Musselman`s I was treated with respect and they were very professional. I would tell any women who is reading this to ask for Richard Bartlow. He was laid back and not pushy and was Extremely Helpful.

Well, I gotta say I was impressed! Not the nicest, biggest dealership I`ve ever been to, but the people made the difference for me. I shopped the Dodge Dealership in Glen Burnie (can`t say their name) and at Musselman`s Jason, the Sales Manager was way easier to talk to and forthright with a better price and no hassle at all.
