Free lifetime oil service .... Never buy it.

I bought the free lifetime oil changes for my new Venza but I never make any service appoinment over the phone in the same day. bring the car in without appointment usually takes two hours to get it done.

Jones Toyota has perks, just needs better service

Jones Junction Toyota has perks if you buy a car or truck there including free lifetime oil changes, free manicures, free hot dogs and burgers but they lack in service. The free oil changes generally take almost 2 hours to complete and no matter how new and good your car is, they always try to upsell unneeded work. Everytime I bring in my vehicle I have to wait almost 10-15 minutes before I am acknowledged then wait ... view more2 hours to get my car back for even the most mudane job. Often I find a grease stain on the driver`s seat, the stereo turned up loud, and soap suds on the exterior. If they focused less on the shoe shines, manicures, and free food and more on the vehicles I will change my rating to more then just two stars.

Service

I brought a car from them and on the the sticker it says 70 point Pre-Delivery Gold Check Inspection. They did not do a 70 points on my car because I have three things the wrong with it. The windows motor switchs for two windows and the switch for the headlights, also they only give me one set of car keys. The services is sucks I would not refer anyone to this company.
