Oh my...where do I begin?
This was my last stop searching for my car. I`m a "no b.s./let`s- get -it -done" kind of person. I know what I like and that`s it. I found this cute little MINI Countryman I wanted to take for a spin. Drove it, decided it was a GO!
Bob Shartarsky was my salesperson. He informed me my MINI was all wheel drive- it in fact, is not. Bob also informed me the MINI had the tec... view morehnology package integration- it also, in- fact, does not. Those things did upset me, as I am not into being deceived. However, it gets much better.
The web listing stated the car was $21,300 but when I got the official documents they had somehow made the price of the car much more expensive than it originally was suppose to be, beyond DC tax and tags. It was several thousand more than it was suppose to be. When I looked at the price it was around 24K, after tax and tags....by the time I got the paperwork back it was much more.
I also noticed when I was transferring my articles from one car to the other, someone had taken my bumper guard off my old car. My friend also noticed that it was gone but Chris Trigger (financing) came outside to discuss some matters and by the time we had wrapped up i had forgotten to ask about it.
I work, a lot, and I called a week and half afterwards to speak to someone about my bumper guard. I spoke to Bob first who told me I needed to "understand how the car business works and the dealership throws things like that away." In my line of work I call the person to see if I can return it to them. That is the only decent thing to do in my eyes. It`s called "honesty," go figure?!?!
I then spoke to the dealership manager who must have not completed junior high school because that`s just as far as his reasoning seemed to go and that ended up with him being arrogant, antagonizing, and divisive.
Basically, if you want bent over and screwed without any lube-go here! They do not know how to treat their customers and once they have your money, they don`t & won`t care about you or what happens to your car. I`m surprised this dealership does not have anymore poor reviews because I can `t be the only one with customer service as bad as I got here.
I`m also glad to find I can share this review on Facebook. I`m also going to share it on every site I can. Thanks for the crappy experience!

WOW!
Wow, what an amazing experience! Our salesman Bobby was very friendly, helpful and professional. They all were very hospitable, offering drinks, and the internet sales girl Nadia even occupied my children with coloring while we filled out paperwork and so on.
They got us in, financed and out in a timely matter, with a freshly washed vehicle and a half tank of gas. We will deffinately be returning customers.

Great Job
Great Job: My dad runs a dealership in NY; so I know what excellent service is. From the first call to make an appointment, to the actual appointment time and service, I was very satisfied. They even cleaned my dirty Jeep without charging me after doing an oil change and a heating element replacement that was under warranty. I had a horrible experience at Passport Chrysler of Alexandria (overcharged and went through ... view more6 months of legal battle against them) and would NOT recommend them.

she was knowledgable about the features
We visited Dulles Motorcars knowing we wanted a Kia Sedona. Our sales person did a great job of showing us different vehicles: she was knowledgable about the features, gave us a great price, and patient with our roudy children. I never felt pressured or observed any signs of bait-and-switch like I have experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend the dealship my friends.

No pressure, no BS sales tactics just friendly
I hate buying a new car.... What a hassle, usually! Not this time, Sami was excellent to work with. No pressure, no BS sales tactics just friendly, upfront service. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing a KIA or any make of car that this dealership sells.....Ask for Sami, you`ll be glad you did. What a nice guy.....

Purchased exactly what we wanted!
This was the first time we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. We called to make an appt with Angela and made sure she had the car and color we had been searching for. This sale took less than 2 hours, Angela had us on the road with our new car!
